Hello, I am Rita Martin…..

As an ICF Certified Executive Coach with a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a CaPP Institute’s Certified and Personal Executive Coach, I am thrilled that you are visiting my page.

I am available to partner with you like a trusted friend, to help you through the good and bad times to help you become “unstuck” from where you are so that you can pursue your journey and decide, commit, and move forward in your purpose.

I am just like you, and I have experienced life’s joys. I’ve also procrastinated on many occasions until one day, in May 2019, I finally decided to move forward with a dream that I wanted to pursue but put it on “hold” because of other obligations. I finally achieved my master’s degree and currently pursuing my Doctorate.

I also had a desire to coach people that had similar struggles as I had.

So, I became a Certified Personal Life Coach through the Capp Institute under the guidance of Valorie Burton. I am passionate about supporting and helping others realize their dreams and help them find a way to do that through the creative process of partnering with them.

I am a member of the International Coaches Federation and a local ICF High Country Chapter member in Utah.

On a personal level, I am a wife, a mother, a friend, and a veteran of the United States Air Force. I also believe in God, and while you may or may not, this does not hinder me from serving anyone who wants to succeed.
